Sometimes, when you volunteer at a food co-op, you get free food. Maybe we got a shipment of a product we don't sell, but we can't send it back because it needs to be refrigerated. Maybe it passed its expira... maybe it fell off the back of a truck.
The details aren't important. What I am saying is, I get pretty tasty organic food from time to time. Lately, all I want to do is bake.
In the last week I've scooped up two tubs of Tofutti sour cream and some dairy-free cocoa powder. I'm sure there are many, many more options but... fudge cookies. That's all I could think to do.
