Fall Blooms

Today I paid a visit to the school garden I helped out with this summer. We have a teeny pumpkin! And lots of flowers are still blooming.
This vine is called a Spanish flag. I'd never seen anything like it before!

Zinnias are a favorite with the kids. They're bright, and somehow, so fluffy.

It felt so good to spend time in the fresh air.
In somewhat-related news, I had a poem published today. I wish I could make a living just taking long walks.
