Unless you like hot-spacho...

I've vowed to make this next year of my life full of creativity, and that involves trying new recipes.

Lately, I'm obsessed with this one.

I'm always telling the kids I teach nutrition to that we should try to eat foods of different colors. This week I took my own advice:


The canary melon is from a local farm. The cucumber was grown in my own backyard.
