Six Weeks From Now...

When the days are short, and slushy weather ruins your plans, and you're cooped-up and pent-up and it's February, the Worst Month...

This is the best time to brew kombucha, and let it ferment.



You make sweet tea and add a living culture.



Then, it sits. For weeks and weeks. Doing work, growing, changing.


It's a comforting thought. I look forward to peeking back in, after six weeks.
